Business Development Manager

Job description

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering growth and enhancing the presence of Unity Recruitments Inc (URI). Your knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and marketing will not only enhance our strategic efforts, but also streamline the sales and marketing process to maximize output. Your adeptness in data collection and presentation will facilitate key account management and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

Identifying New Business Opportunities: Conducting thorough research and analysis of market trends to uncover potential avenues for expansion and growth. This process encompasses the pursuit of new clients, partnerships, and diverse revenue streams.

Building and Maintaining Client Relationships: Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with both existing and prospective clients. This requires a deep understanding of their needs and the provision of customized solutions.

Sales Strategy Development: Formulating and executing strategies aimed at enhancing sales and increasing market share. This may involve targeting new markets, upselling Unity Recruitments' existing services to current clients, or introducing new services. 

outside sale representative : able to go door knocking, site visit to grow up business and achieve sales targets.

Market Research: Performing competitive analyses, conducting industry research, and identifying emerging trends that can guide the company's strategic business decisions.

Negotiating and Closing Deals: Collaborating closely with clients to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing. The Business Development Manager is tasked with finalizing agreements and ensuring the company's interests are effectively represented.

Monitoring Performance and Reporting: Evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of business development efforts, providing insights to senior management, and making necessary adjustments to enhance performance.

Client Retention: Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues to promote long-term relationships.

Networking: Participating in industry events, conferences, and meetings to establish a network of potential clients, partners, and collaborators.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Establishing and overseeing business development budgets, projecting sales, and setting performance metrics to meet growth objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.

Sale and business developing experience related to construction and food industries 

Capable of developing professional presentations.

Skilled in identifying evaluating customer opportunities through data collection, lead generation, and making informed decisions that benefit us and our clients, fostering a collaborative partnership.
